CHEF SACHIO

The sushi chef Sachio, was born in Hokkaido, Japan.  In 1979, he received the Chef of the year award by the Chronical. In 1982, for 21 years he was owned a restaurant in San Francisco named Kabuto and following that he owned a restaurant in Shasta for 6 years.  He then came back to San Francisco area to work at the well known Sushi Ran and Omakase.
